Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. During campaigns and sales, there may be delays in deliveries. You will receive a notification and a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped.
We offer free delivery for all orders over 200€ within Finland. The delivery fee is added to all orders under 200€ and it varies depending on the destination country.
For orders delivered to Finland, you can choose from the following options at checkout:
Matkahuolto Lähellä-package 6.90€
Delivery time 1-5 working days after shipment. The order is delivered at the checkout to the Matkahuolto pick-up point you choose. You will receive a notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. Storage time at the office 7 days.
Posti package 7.50€
Delivery time 1-5 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the pick-up point (parcel vending machine or office) you choose at checkout. You will receive a notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. Storage time at the office 7 days.
Posti Home package 10
Delivery time 1-3 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the recipient's door. Posti communicates with the customer via text message and the customer can choose a 2-4 hour time window for delivery.

- GLS Euro Business Parcel 13€: Austria, Croatia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Italy
- DHL Express Worldwide 20€: Albania, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Jersey, North Macedonia, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Great Britain, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, USA and China
Please note that additional taxes, customs fees or other fees may be charged depending on the destination country. Possible customs, taxes and other fees belong to the customer, and they are not included in the above mentioned prices

Unclaimed package
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and the order will be refunded to the original payment method. Not picking up the package is not the same as returning the product and we charge a €10 handling fee for the order not picked up.
