Shipping & Delivery
DELIVERY
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. During promotions and sales, there may be delays in deliveries. You will receive a notification and a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped.
We offer free delivery for all orders over 200€ within Finland. The delivery fee is added to all orders under 200€ and it varies depending on the destination country.
For orders delivered to Finland, you can choose from the following options at checkout:
DB Schenker €6.50
Delivery time 1-5 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the pick-up point (parcel machine or office) you choose at checkout. You will receive a notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. Storage time at the pick-up point is 7 days.
Postal package €6.90
Delivery time 1-5 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the pick-up point (parcel machine or office) you choose at checkout. You will receive a notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. Storage time at the pick-up point is 7 days.
Posti Home package €10
Delivery time 1-3 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the recipient's door. Posti communicates with the customer via text message and the customer can choose a 2-4 hour time window for delivery.
Pickup from R/H Shop (Laivurinkatu 39 C, 00150 Helsinki) €0
Order processing time is 1-2 working days. By choosing pickup from R/H Shop as the delivery method, you can pick up your order from our store from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When the pickup is ready, you will receive a separate pickup notification in your email. From the notification date, you have 14 days to pick up your order.

- Rest of Europe €30

We use Posti or UPS for deliveries of international orders.

Please note that additional taxes, customs fees or other fees may be charged depending on the destination country. Possible customs, taxes and other fees belong to the customer, and they are not included in the above mentioned prices
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. The package left uncollected will be returned to us, and the order will be refunded to the original payment method. Not picking up the package is not the same as returning the product and we charge a €10 handling fee for the order not picked up.
