We deliver worldwide!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. During sales delivery might be delayed. Please notice that some products have their own specific delivery schedule that might take longer than the earlier mentioned dispatch time. If so, this will be noted on the product page.

Orders within Finland are delivered via Posti (Postal Parcel & Express Parcel) and DB Schenker (Collection Point Parcel), and within other countries orders are delivered via Posti and UPS. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over 200€ within Finland. A shipping fee will be added on orders under 200€. The shipping fee variate depending on the destination country.

  • Finland 6.50€ (Free on orders over 200€) and home delivery 9€ 
  • Europe 14.50€
  • Non-EU countries 30€

Please notice that possible tax / duty / customs payments depending on the destination country are not included and will not be covered by R/H.

 

PICK-UP FROM R/H OFFICE

We also offer the possibility to pick up your order from R/H Office (Kämp Galleria, Garden 2nd floor, Pohjoisesplanadi 33, 00100 Helsinki) Monday-Thursday 9 am - 3 pm. Please notice that you will be informed via SMS when your order is ready for pick-up at R/H Office and from that day you have 14 days to pick up your order. Choose "Pick-up at R/H Office" as a shipping option at checkout.

 

PARCEL NOT COLLECTED

It’s the customer's responsibility to pick up the parcel within the time it’s held at the pick-up point. A parcel that has not been collected will be sent back to us, and we will make a refund to the original payment method. Leaving the parcel uncollected is not the same as a return and we will collect a handling fee of 10€ for uncollected parcels.

 

RETURNS 

Return and exchange policy in Finland (updated 17.3.2021)

You have a right to return your order within 14 business days from the day you have received it. We will not accept returns after 14 business days. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for refund. You can either exchange your items or receive a money refund for the returned item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


Returns via Posti

  • Please fill out the return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return / exchange so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service.

  • Pack the items in the original package or another similar package and attach the pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Label on the package.

  • Go to your closest Posti and return the package. If you don’t have the pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Label, just mention that you want to do a customer return to Hernesniemi-Riiheläinen Oy with the customer return id 635538. Please notice, that returning a package via Smartpost using Helposti code is not possible.

 

Returns via DB Schenker

  • Please fill out the return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return / exchange so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service.

  • Pack the items in the original package or another similar package and attach the pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Label on the package. If you don't have the pre-paid Customer Return label, please contact us by sending an email to info@rh-studio.fi. We will re-send you the pre-paid Customer Return label, which you can print and attach to the package you have chosen to use.

  • Go to your closest DB Schenker collection point and return the package.

 

Return policy outside of Finland (Updated 18.2.2021)

You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you have received it. We will not accept returns after 14 business days. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for refund. You can either exchange your items or receive a money refund for the returned item(s).

If you want to return your order, please use attach the pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Label on the package. If you don't have one, please contact us info@rh-studio.fi to be advised for shipping. Include your name, order number and which item(s) you want to return. After receiving your notification, we will contact you as soon as possible with a label for the return shipment.

When packaging the item(s) for return, please fill out the return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return / exchange so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed. When the return is accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The cost of returns from countries within Europe is 14,50€ and from non-EU countries is 30€ and the fee will be deducted from the refund.
