The Christmas seasons big question is always when to order your parcel that it will arrive on time. This year the dates are: 

  • Finland 20th of December
  • Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland 13th of December
  • Baltics 15th of December
  • Rest of Europe 7th of December
  • Other regions 30th of November 

Orders made after these dates we can not promise that they will arrive before Christmas. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. During sales, delivery might be delayed. Please notice that some products have their specific delivery schedule that might take longer than the earlier mentioned dispatch time. If so, this will be noted on the product page.

Orders within Finland are delivered via Posti (Postal Parcel & Home Parcel) and DB Schenker (Collection Point Parcel), and within other countries orders are delivered via Posti or UPS.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 200€ within Finland. A shipping fee will be added on orders under 200€. The shipping fee variate depending on the destination country.

    Please notice that possible tax/duty/customs payments depending on the destination country are not included and will not be covered by R/H.

     

    Pick-up from R/H Shop (updated 21.11.2022)

    We also offer the possibility to pick up your order from R/H Shop (Laivurinkatu 39 C, 00150 Helsinki) Tuesday-Friday 11 am - 5 pm. Please notice that you will be informed via email when your order is ready for pick-up at R/H Shop & Showroom and from that day you have 14 days to pick up your order. Choose "Pick-up at R/H Shop" as a shipping option at checkout.

     

    Parcel not collected

    It’s the customer's responsibility to pick up the parcel within the time it’s held at the pick-up point. A parcel that has not been collected will be sent back to us, and we will make a refund to the original payment method. Leaving the parcel uncollected is not the same as a return and we will collect a handling fee of 10€ for uncollected parcels.

     

    RETURNS 

    Return and exchange policy in Finland (updated 14.4.2022)

    You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you have received it. We will not accept returns after 14 days. Only items that are in new, unused condition or defective items can be returned for a refund. You can either exchange your items or receive a money refund for the returned item(s).

    The customer is responsible for the return until the item(s) have been returned to the seller (in this case R/H Studio) or can show that they have been returned, i.e. with a return receipt. Once we have received your return, it will be processed. When the return is accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The original shipping fee will not be refunded if you don’t return the whole order. You will get an email when the return has been processed by R/H and the payment method you have used when ordering.


    How to return your order
    • Please fill out the return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return/exchange so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service.

    • Pack the items in the original package or another similar package and attach the pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Label on the package.

    • If you don't have the pre-paid Customer Return label, you can also return your order without a return label by Posti. At Posti, just mention that you want to do a customer return to Hernesniemi-Riiheläinen Oy with the customer return id 635538 and our return address: Laivurinkatu 39 C, 00150 Helsinki, Finland.

    • Go to your closest Posti's or DB Schenker's pick-up point and return the package.

       

      Returns to R/H Shop (updated 22.11.2022)

      You can also return your order to R/H Shop (Laivurinkatu 39 C, 00150 Helsinki) during its opening hours Tue-Fri from 11 am to 7 pm. Please fill out the return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return/exchange and bright that with you to the R/H Shop.

       

      Return policy outside of Finland (updated 14.1.2022)

      You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you have received it. We will not accept returns after 14 days.       If you want to return your order, attach the pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Label on the package. If you don't have one, please contact us at info@rh-studio.fi to be advised for shipping. Include your name, order number and which item(s) you want to return. After receiving your notification, we will contact you as soon as possible with a label for the return shipment.

      When packaging the item(s) for return, please fill out the return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return/exchange so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service.

      Once we have received your return, it will be processed. When the return is accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. You will get an email when the return has been processed by R/H and the payment method you have used when ordering. The cost of returns from countries within EU is 20€, rest of the Europe 30€ and from rest of the world is 40€ and the fee will be deducted from the refund.
