This spring starts with some great news: We’ve found a partner that will produce the organic cotton for our classics Mickey & Magic!

As a responsible actor, it’s important for us to be able to offer customers products that fit in with our values. Because of this, we decided to further develop our classics and move towards a more responsible supply chain without it affecting product prices. We are especially happy to be able to begin this journey cooperating with a Finnish partner based in Portugal.

The fabrics are woven in a Finnish-owned factory in Portugal and are made from GOTS certified organic cotton. The GOTS certified organic cotton is purchased from a Turkish cotton wholesale. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the world’s leading processing standard for organic textiles. The Standard stipulates environmental and social requirements covering the complete organic textile production chain all the way from harvesting to labelling. The factory operates according to the standards of the International Labour Organization ILO.
