RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY IN FINLAND (UPDATED 30.6.2023)
We know that shopping in an online store can be difficult, so trying the products at home is essential. We hope that you are more than satisfied with the product you ordered, but we do understand - sometimes things just don't work out.
You have the right to return your order by notifying us within 14 days from the day you received the products you ordered. The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example on the written return form that you submit with the returned goods or by e-mail. Please note that only products that are new and unused can be returned.
We offer an extended right of return and/or exchange for products purchased between November 22 and December 20, 2023. These products have an extended exchange and return period until January 7, 2024.
The customer is responsible for the return until the products have been returned to the seller (in this case R/H Studio) or he can prove that they have been returned, i.e. with a return receipt.
THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A RETURN BY POSTI
- Fill out the return form carefully and slip it into the package with the products to be returned. Pack the products in the original or alternative packaging
- Go to: www.posti.fi/palautapaketti. Enter your package's shipping code (starting with JJFI) and you will receive a unique Helposti-code
- Write your Helposti-code on the package and take the package to a Posti pick-up point or a Posti machine
- Keep the Helposti code you received until you have received a notification from us that your return has been processed. We may need this if the return does not reach us within the normal delivery time.
THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER RETURN BY MATKAHUOLTO:
- Fill out this return form carefully and slip it into the package with the products to be returned. Pack the products in the original or alternative packaging.
- Take the package to the Matkahuolto office and tell us at the counter our Matkahuolto return code: 9557826.
- Keep Matkahuolto's receipt from the shipment until you have received a notification from us that your return has been processed.
THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER RETURN WITH DP SCHENKER:
- Fill out the return form carefully and slip it in the package with the products to be returned
- Pack the products in the original or alternative packaging.
- Take the package to the DB Schenker office and tell them you want to make a customer return. Return address: Verkkologistikka Oy C/O Riiheläinen-Hernesniemi Oy Taalintehtaankatu 4, 20750 Turku, Finland.
- Keep the DP Schenker return receipt you received until you have received a notification from us that your return has been processed. We may need this if the return does not reach us within the normal delivery time.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Normally returns reach us within 3-7 business days. Once we receive your return, it is usually processed within a week. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made through the payment method you used when placing your order. You will receive an email once the return has been processed. We charge 7 €/order for the costs of return delivery and handling. The costs are deducted from the refundable amount of the order.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Not picking up the package is not a product return. We charge a 10€ handling fee for all undelivered packages. The costs are deducted from the refundable amount of the order.
MISSING RETURN INFORMATION
If we receive a return that has not been sent with a return form, or if all the information on the return form has not been filled in, we cannot process the return. If your package is missing a return form, you can also send us the return information by email.
If you sent us your return with insufficient information or without a return form, send additional information regarding your return and a description of the content of the return by email to: info@rh-studio.fi
EU countries (other than Finland) & Other countries (outside the EU area)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received your order. Customers who have ordered the products outside of Finland cover the return shipping costs and possible customs costs. Only products that are new and unused or defective can be returned.
When packing products for return, fill out the return form with your contact information and indicate the reason for the return so that we can target the return to the correct order. Please notify us of a possible return by email: info@rh-studio.fi . Include your name, order number and the package's tracking number, if any, in your email.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed. Once the return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method. You will receive an email when the return has been processed with R/H and the payment method you used when ordering.

EXCHANGE
At the moment, we do not offer an exchange option for our products. If you need a different size or color from the product you ordered, place a new order through the online store and first return the product you ordered as a normal customer return.
