RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE IN FINLAND (UPDATED 28.3.2023)

You have the right to return your order to us within 14 days at the latest from the day you received the products you ordered. The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example on the written return form that you submit with the returned item or by e-mail.

Only products that are new and unused or defective can be returned. You can either exchange the product or get a refund for the returned product.

The customer is responsible for the return until the returned products have arrived at the seller (in this case R/H Studio) or he can prove that they have been returned, i.e. with a return receipt. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

  1. Carefully fill out the return form that you received with your order and include it in the shipment with the products to be returned.
  2. Pack the products in the original or alternative packaging and attach the pre-paid and addressed return label on top of the package.
  3. Take the package according to the return label to the nearest Posti or DB Schenker office

If you do not have a pre-paid and addressed return label on hand, you can return your order without a return label by Posti. Please tell the employee at the Posti office that you want to return the package as a customer return.

The return must be addressed to Hernesniemi-Riiheläinen Oy using our contract number 635538 ​​and our return address: Laivurinkatu 39 C, 00150 Helsinki.

Return processing

Normally returns arrive to us in 3-7 business days. Once we receive your return, it is usually processed within a week of receiving the return. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made through the payment method you used when placing your order. You will receive an email once the return has been processed. We charge return and handling costs of 7€/order. The costs are deducted from the refundable amount of the order.

Uncollected shipment

Not picking up the package is not a product return. We charge a 10€ handling fee for all undelivered packages. The costs are deducted from the refundable amount of the order.

There is no return form or the information on the return form is incomplete

If we receive a return that has not been sent with a return form, or if all the information on the return form has not been filled in, we cannot process the return. If your package is missing a return form, you can also send us the return order information by email or print the return form here.

RETURNS R/H SHOP (UPDATED 28.03.2023)

You can also return your online store order to R/H Shop (Laivurinkatu 39 C, 00150 Helsinki) during its opening hours from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 to 5:00. Fill up return form with your contact information and state the reason for the return and return the products and the return form to R/H Shop.

Please note that your online store order returns made to R/H Shop will be processed through the online store's payment methods to the original payment method or, if you wish, to an R/H gift card.

EU countries (other than Finland) & Other countries (outside the EU area)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received your order. Customers who have ordered the products outside of Finland cover the return costs and possible customs costs. Only products that are new and unused or defective can be returned.

When packing products for return, fill out the return form with your contact information and indicate the reason for the return so that we can target the return to the correct order. Please notify us of a possible return by email: info@rh-studio.fi . Include your name, order number and the package's tracking number, if any, in your email.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed. Once the return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method. You will receive an email when the return has been processed with R/H and the payment method you used when ordering.

EXCHANGE

At the moment, we do not offer an exchange option for our products. If you need a different size or color from the product you ordered, please place a new order through the online store and first return the product you ordered as a normal customer return.
