Deliveries

During the R/H closing sale, the order processing time may be longer than normal, up to 3-14 days. You will receive a separate notification and tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding!

The delivery fee is added to all orders and it varies depending on the destination country.

For orders delivered to Finland, you can choose from the following options at checkout:

Postal package €7.50

Delivery time 1-5 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the pick-up point (parcel vending machine or office) you choose at checkout. You will receive a notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. Storage time at the office 7 days.

Posti Home package €10

Delivery time 1-3 working days after shipment. The order is delivered to the recipient's door. Posti communicates with the customer via text message and the customer can choose a 2-4 hour time window for delivery.

International deliveries:

  • Pickup parcel €15: Sweden & Denmark

  • Baltics €15: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

  • Other EU countries €20: Austria, Croatia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Italy

  • Other countries €20: Iceland, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Jersey, North Macedonia, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Great Britain, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, United States and China.

Please note that additional taxes, customs fees or other fees may be charged depending on the destination country. Possible customs, taxes and other charges belong to the customer, and they are not included in the above mentioned prices

Unclaimed package

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and the order will be refunded to the original payment method. Not picking up the package is not the same as returning the product, and we charge a €10 handling fee for the order not picked up.
