RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE IN FINLAND (UPDATED 21.8.2024)

We know that shopping in an online store can be difficult, so trying the products at home is essential. We hope that you are more than satisfied with the product you ordered, but we do understand - sometimes things just don't work out. 

You have the right to return your order by notifying us within 14 days from the day you received the products you ordered. The notification must be made clearly, for example on the written return form that you submit with the returned goods or by e-mail.

Please note that only products that are new and unused can be returned. The customer is responsible for the return until the products have been returned to the seller (in this case R/H Studio) or he can prove that they have been returned, i.e. with a return receipt.

THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A RETURN TO THE POSTI PICKUP POINT

  1. Fill out the return form carefully and slip it into the package with the products to be returned. Pack the products in the original or alternative packaging .

  2. Write the following information on the package: R/H Posti code: 635538, your name and address

  3. Take the package to the nearest Posti pickup point.

    THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A RETURN TO THE POSTI PARCELL LOCKER

    1. Fill out the return form carefully and slip it into the package with the products to be returned. Pack the products in the original or alternative packaging

    2. Go to: https://www.posti.fi/en/private/parcels-and-tracking/return-a-parcel and click on "Return with contract number and add number: 635538.

    3. Choose you want to make a return to a Posti Parcel Locker.

    4. Select the appropriate locker size for the return.

    5. Book the Parcel locker that suits you and write the Helposti code you received, your name and address on the package.

    6. Take your package to the machine within 24 hours of booking. The reservation cannot be canceled.

    7. Keep the return code starting with JJFI until you have received a notification from us that your return has been processed.

    RETURN PROCESSING:

    Normallly returns reach us in about 3-7 business days. Once we receive your return, it is usually processed within a week of receiving the return. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made through the payment method you used when placing your order. You will receive an email once the return has been processed. We charge 7 €/order for the costs of return delivery and handling. The costs are deducted from the refundable amount of the ord

    UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENT

    Not picking up the package is not a product return. We charge a €10 handling fee for all undelivered packages. The costs are deducted from the refundable amount of the order.

    THERE IS NO RETURN FORM IN THE PACKAGE OR THE INFORMATION ON THE RETURN FORM IS INCOMPLETE

    If we receive a return that has not been sent with a return form, or if all the information on the return form has not been filled in, we cannot process the return. If your package is missing a return form, you can also send us the return order information by email.

    EU COUNTRIES (other than Finland) & OTHER COUNTRIES (outside the EU area)

    You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received your order. Customers who have ordered the products outside of Finland cover the return shipping costs and possible customs costs. Only products that are new and unused or defective can be returned.

    When packing products for return, fill out the return form with your contact information and indicate the reason for the return so that we can target the return to the correct order. Please notify us of a possible return by email: info@rh-studio.fi . Include your name, order number and the package's tracking number, if any, in your email.

    Once we receive your return, it will be processed. Once the return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method. You will receive an email when the return has been processed with R/H and the payment method you used when ordering.
