All R/H products and accessories are designed in Finland. Most of our products are manufactured in Estonia. Knitted products such as beanies, scarves and collars are made in Italy.
All fabrics are produced in the EU area in Finland, Portugal, Italy and France.
If you want to make a complaint, contact us by email at email@example.com . Tell us your contact information, a description of the product defect and clear pictures of the defect.
We process each complaint on a case-by-case basis and respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that we do not accept complaints due to incorrect care, normal wear and tear or external factors.
We ship worldwide!
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 working days of confirming the order, excluding public holidays and weekends. During major campaigns and sales, delivery may take a little longer. .
Please note that some products may have a longer delivery time than the aforementioned shipping time, and this is clearly indicated on the product page.
Orders in Finland are delivered via Posti (Postipaketti and Kotipaketti) and DB Schenker (Pick-up point package). In other countries, orders are delivered via Posti or UPS.
We offer free delivery for all orders over 200 euros in Finland. A delivery fee is charged for orders under 200 euros. The delivery fee varies depending on the destination country:
Finland €6.50-6.90 (free for orders over €200) and home delivery €10
Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania €10,
Other EU countries €20,
Rest of Europe €30,

Yes. You will receive a tracking code by email with the delivery confirmation.
If you have chosen pickup as the delivery method, you will receive an email. when the package is ready to be picked up from R/H Shop.
You can pay in our online store with online payment from Finnish banks, most common credit cards, invoice, mobile payment methods, PayPal and R/H Studio gift card.
Exchange & Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received it. Only new, unused products or faulty products can be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange option for products ordered from the online store at the moment. Return the product you previously ordered and place a new order in the online store to get a new size.
When you have ordered a product from our R/H online store, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you have purchased the product from one of our retailers, you should contact the retailer.
As a rule, returns reach us in 3-7 business days. Once we receive your return, it is usually processed within a week of receiving the return.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be made through the payment method you used when placing your order.
We recommend ordering a notification about the sold-out product and size, so you will receive an email when the product is available again.
